Associate -Scouting Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with State Innovation Missions, academic institutions, incubators and accelerators, funders, award organizations, and community-based organizations. These collaborations should create a consistent pipeline of social entrepreneurs for the UnLtd India incubation program.
2. Maintaining key partnerships: Engage with partners year-round and track the effectiveness of each partnership by monitoring the number of applications received.
3. Organizing outreach events: Plan and execute outreach events, either in collaboration with partners or independently, to achieve scouting targets.
4. Scouting strategy development: Collaborate closely with the AVP to finalize the scouting strategy.
5. Coordination with the communications team: Work with the communications team to prepare outreach materials.
6. Database management: Maintain a comprehensive database of interests and applications received. Identify potential social entrepreneurs and collaborate with the selection team to ensure they meet the criteria for the next cycle.
7. Support during application processes: Assist the AVP with background processes during the application phase, including sending email communications, social media posts, and follow-ups.
8. Funnel analysis: Conduct post-scouting cycle analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the scouting campaign.
9. Updating scouting SOPs: Periodically update and maintain the scouting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
10. Managing application pipeline: Oversee the application pipeline on ZOHO CRM, tracking all applicants as they progress through different stages of the selection process.
11. Scheduling screening meetings: Coordinate and schedule screening meetings with the incubation team for pre-shortlisted applicants.
12. Participation in Screening Meetings: Attend screening meetings alongside the incubation team to evaluate applicants.
