Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Apply for jobs for the candidates on the company bench
2. Make phone calls to vendor companies and talk about the tech talent of bench candidates of the company
3. Communicate within the team and also prepare Word documents and post job requirements on job portals

Required:

1. Qualifications: Any degree (must have passed out in 2021 & 2022)
2. Must have basic MS Office and very good communication skills
3. Must be very proficient in English and prior tele-calling/tech support experience is a plus
4. Open for any degree graduates, but MBA or BBA graduates are preferred who can make cold calls and can get prospects

Additional details:

1. This is purely a US IT staffing bench sales technical recruiter role and the candidate should be willing to work from 6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST on an 8-hour shift from our office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
2. It's an in-person mandatory role and a possibility of an onsite opportunity after 1 year of experience with us
