Associate Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Write and post job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
3. Handle applicant tracking systems and resume databases
4. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
6. Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
8. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
9. Promote the company s reputation as a great place to work
10. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
11. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Eligibility criteria:

1. Exposure to recruitment
2. Flexible and willing to work in the US shift timings (work from office)
3. Great communication skills are required
4. Candidate should be eager to learn recruitment and make a career in recruitment
5. Only immediate joiners or a maximum notice of 15 days shall apply
