Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create engaging content for social media channels, with a focus on presentation, creativity, and storytelling. Content will primarily revolve around various trends, events, and experiences, including lifestyle, fashion, and more.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for Instagram Stories, Reels, and live sessions, delivering content confidently and naturally to engage followers.
Collaborate closely with the production and post-production teams to ensure content aligns seamlessly with visual elements and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on current trends and advertising to produce innovative and relevant content.
Attend industry events, launches, and influencer meet-ups to gather first-hand content and networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including PR and marketing teams, brand representatives, influencers, and event organizers.
Engage actively with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a vibrant and interactive community.
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm fresh ideas, creative concepts, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Participate in content planning meetings, contributing innovative strategies and insights for boosting engagement and expanding reach.
Monitor social analytics to track performance, gather insights, and optimize future posts.
Adapt content for different formats such as Stories, Reels, carousel posts, and long-form, ensuring each format aligns with the platform's best practices and trends.
Who Are We Looking For:
A passionate content creator with strong presentation skills and a flair for visual storytelling.
Must be camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage audiences through video content.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on Instagram.
A background in advertising, digital media, or as an influencer with proven experience in driving engagement and creating captivating content.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
An understanding of Instagram's features, trends, and best practices, and a proactive approach to staying updated on the platform's advancements.
Ability to think creatively, present ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
