Prabha Engineering was started in 1958. It has been decades but the stone that has been laid then is now a strong foundation of world-class success.
It began with late Shri Yeshwant N. Chaphekar, the man who dared to dream and imbibed untiring efforts to achieve it. A simple boy with a humble beginning, he came from a poor family. With no means of proper education at his end, he still dreamt of achieving big. His journey began as a regular worker at an engineering factory in Parel, Bombay. Being a sole earner he had big responsibilities yet fate had other plans. He lost his job to an untimely strike, but instead of wailing, waiting and expecting someone will offer him chances, this man decided to take matters in his own hands.
