Business-savvy senior tax professional with experience of over 20 plus year in International Tax and Transfer Pricing in multiple industries, including telecom, healthcare, and retail.
Maintain focus on achieving client objectives and satisfaction in terms of synchronizing tax efficiency and commercial/business needs, while formulating and implementing International Tax and Transfer Pricing strategies/solutions.
A keen analyst and strategist, resolve complicated business issues relating to income tax, service tax, M&A, corporate/business restructuring, acquisition strategy, JVs, private equity and strategic investments. Build and nurture client relationships and liaise with the government authorities for resolution of issues.
