Associate Accountant Fresher Job

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous accountant to join our company and manage our financial transactions. The accountant will be responsible for accurately recording and tracking all accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining meticulous and organized financial records, and preparing accurate reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess strong analytical skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and reconcile all accounts receivable and accounts payable
2. Prepare and analyze financial data and reports
3. Manage and reconcile ledger entries
4. Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions
5. Maintain proper filing systems for all financial documents
6. Generate invoices, credit memos, and other financial documents
7. Research discrepancies in financial records and take corrective action
8. Stay up to date with changes in the accounting sector
9. Assist with budget preparation
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field
2. Proven experience as an accountant
3. Excellent knowledge of accounts, bookkeeping, inventory management, GST, Tally, MS Excel
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
5. Excellent numeracy and organizational skills

7. Ability to work independently and in a team
