About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prioritize tasks for the operations team
2. Manage a team of educators who are teaching in government schools
3. Develop and implement operational workflows and procedures for enhanced efficiency
4. Track and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance
6. Generate reports and presentations analyzing operational data to share insights with stakeholders
7. Implement data-driven solutions for optimizing operational effectiveness and productivity
8. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent escalation
9. Provide technical and logistical support to streamline operational processes, including supporting trainers with technology in schools
10. Collaborate with various departments to address cross-functional challenges
11. Conduct classroom observations to assess program implementation and identify areas for improvement
12. Assist in developing and delivering technology training programs for trainers in government schools
13. Manage and mentor entry-level operations staff, conducting performance reviews and implementing development plans
14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment for enhanced productivity and engagement
15. Maintain clear and open communication with team members, government stakeholders, and school administrators
16. Facilitate information flow and address concerns promptly to maintain operational efficiency
17. Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners, including government stakeholders and educators, to ensure seamless operations

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or project management role

Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating daily operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

Understanding of STEM education and its operational challenges (a plus)
