Assistant Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
2. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
3. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
4. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses
5. Creating and presenting sales performance reports
6. Maintaining fluid client communication throughout the entire sales process (pre- to post-travel) via email, phone, and in-person meetings
7. Researching various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
8. Following up with clients post-travel, on their tour experience and feedback
9. Maintaining good associations with clients and suppliers to get the best market rates
10. Handling unforeseen problems and complaints, during and after office hours

Skills & Requirements:

1. Inclined to learn travel software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel)
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
3. Willing to learn domestic and international luxury tourism trends
4. Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
5. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
6. Ability to handle crisis situations
7. Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field is a plus
8. Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
9. Open for candidates from BA - travel and tourism, MBA - tourism, MBA - hospitality
