Assistant Manager - Collections Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing a portfolio of over 1000 + customer accounts
2. Working on reviewing the collections strategy to ensure that the targets are met
3. Helping with data compilation, analysis and coverage
4. Working on tracing (collecting information through various processes and settling their account)
5. Handling the inbound and outbound calls consisting of clients' requests about their transaction history, mode of payment, regulation requirement, etc. as well as taking escalation calls
6. Assisting with achieving collections efficiency targets in the recovery pool ensures performance on productivity through capacity planning
7. Working on ensuring regular reviews, coaching supervisors, and team members to improve performance and ensure compliance with policies
