1. Design, craft, and curate high-end travel itineraries for discerning and experienced travelers
2. Maintain fluid client communication throughout the entire sales process (pre- to post-travel) via email, phone, and in-person meetings
3. Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
4. Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, confirming the bookings with overseas suppliers and online portals, issuing flight tickets, etc.
5. Provide up-to-date information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)
6. Prepare and handover over final tour details including tickets, visa, insurance, confirmation details, and additional things-to-do list
7. Re-confirm all the services before client departure, and check in with clients while they are on tour
8. Coordinate with clients and overseas suppliers for any on-tour issues
9. Follow-up with clients post travel, on their tour experience, and feedback
10. Maintain good associations with clients and suppliers to get the best market rates
11. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints, during and after office hours
