1. Working on end-to-end online channel handling (e-commerce/website)
2. Liaising with customer counterparts for the respective channel
3. Owning PnL for the channels and building sustainable growth plans
4. Ensuring platform hygiene
5. Creating and maintaining rich content for products, ensuring reviews & ratings on the listings, etc.
6. Working on designing and implementing a strategy to increase conversion on the product page and track competition
7. Leveraging the platform's marketing tools to plan marketing activations & optimizing ROI for spending basis impressions, CTR, and conversions
8. Designing and executing specific promotions & offers on the platform
9. Building & executing growth strategies on the platform
10. Building cross-functional partnerships internally with operations, supply chain, logistics, and brand for effective deployment of plans
Required:
1. Qualifications -Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
2. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Experience in e-commerce is preferable
4. Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers will be an added advantage
