1. Proficiency in Busy accounting software, including basics like bank operations, production, and stock adjustment
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
3. Experience in tele-calling, including calling customers and follow-ups
4. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating presentations, cropping images, and making posters
