You will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a network of dealers and partners, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in team management and direct sales.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property).
Extensive experience in direct sales, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team to exceed targets.
Expertise in managing and expanding networks of dealers, direct selling agents (DSAs), and partners.
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to optimize sales performance.
Proficient in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of sales compliance and ability to ensure ethical practices in daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales volume and enhance market presence.
Identify, recruit, and manage dealers, direct selling agents (DSAs), and partners to support sales objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Implement sales processes and ensure adherence to company quality standards and compliance.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues promptly.
