We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to guide students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses in the Undergraduate & Graduate category. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. Should have leadership and management skills. Must be sales-oriented with a passion for education and student journeys.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing & converting leads for versatile programs
2. Interviewing and coordinating the admissions formalities for new joiners
3. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat
4. Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets
5. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you
6. Attending the walk-ins, convincing and counseling the potential learners about various issues related to admissions
7. Following up with the above prospective lead/ potential learner who has visited IIDE
8. Assisting students in the fee collection process
9. Coordinating with external vendors such as education loan providers
10. Coordinating with the different departments for a hassle-free admission process
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,40,000 /year
