Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their academic goals and interests
2. Utilize CRM software to track and manage student inquiries and applications, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized communication
3. Coordinate campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
4. Assist students with completing the admissions application and financial aid process
5. Collaborate with academic departments to provide accurate information about programs and courses
6. Attend college fairs and events to promote the college and recruit new students
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in college admissions to provide expert guidance to students
