Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our team at Podar Education Network in Sangli. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in educational counselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students on their academic journey and helping them make informed decisions about their education.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in educational counselling.
Must have a background as an Education Counsellor (Mandatory skill).
Proven experience as a Counsellor (Mandatory skill).
Must be a female candidate (Mandatory skill).
Experience working as an Academic counsellor.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in counselling students for admissions.
Strong understanding of various educational streams and institutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counselling to students and parents regarding admissions to Podar schools.
Assist students in understanding their educational options and potential career paths.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to better understand their needs and aspirations.
Manage and streamline the admission process from inquiry till enrollment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school programs, admissions criteria, and educational trends.
Organize and participate in admission events, workshops, and orientations.
Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth transition and integration of new students.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
