We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administration Manager to join us at Ashish Ganesh Jain & Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including but not limited to office supplies procurement and facility maintenance
2. Coordination with Clients and receiving and organizing the data received
3. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
4. Keep accurate records and documentation, and prepare reports as required
5. Handle correspondence, emails, and other communication on behalf of the company
6. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency (written), as well as advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
