i. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, faculty, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
4. Paying attention to detail:
i. Ensure that all aspects of the program, from content delivery to logistics, meet high-quality standards.
ii. Manage time and resources effectively to ensure the timely and successful execution of the MDP.
