Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Tally software to accurately record and maintain financial transactions
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks
5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
7. Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff to foster growth and development
