1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll specific to an IT company
2. Oversee salary preparation and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets relevant to IT operations
4. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts, reconciling any discrepancies
5. Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities, including GSTR & 3 B Preparation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
6. Conduct client calling and payment collection activities, maintaining positive relationships with clients
7. Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports providing insights into financial performance and aid decision-making
8. Generate invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring proper documentation
9. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making within the IT industry context
