Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions
2. Work on maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements
3. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts and inventory reconciliations
4. Work on assisting team members in accounts payable & receivable functions
5. Work on assisting the team in inventory reconciliation
6. Utilize Tally software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
7. Work on ZOHO for accounting and inventory management

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Experience in a similar role of 1-2 years
3. Proven experience as an accounts executive or similar role
4. Proficiency in using Tally software is essential, and knowledge of ZOHO is added

6. Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
7. Strong verbal and written communication abilities
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively
9. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
10. Familiarity with Indian accounting regulations and GST, TDS, and labor taxes
