Job Overview

Accounts Assistant position with 4 to 6 years of experience in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Full-Time employment opportunity. Salary 25,000 - 30,000. Age limit: 25 to 35 . Time: 10.00 am To 07.00 pm

Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Tally Prime and proficiency in ledger maintenance
Strong knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accounting principles
Ability to handle accounts, stock management, and inventory control efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in financial documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing statutory accounts & Godown stock maintain.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve. Bank reconciliation / GST.
