Accounting & Legal Executive Job

The junior finance, accounting, and legal executive is responsible for supporting the finance manager in managing the financial and legal operations of the organization. The role involves carrying out various finance, accounting, and legal tasks and reporting directly to the finance manager.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
2. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
3. Handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices
4. Assisting with tax preparation and filing, including corporate and payroll taxes
5. Reviewing and drafting legal contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
6. Supporting the finance manager with financial analysis and presentations
7. Assisting with audit preparation and coordinating with auditors
8. Participating in finance and legal projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or legal support role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
