We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Accounts Assistant to support our accounting operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with Accounting, Taxation, RERA audits, RERA compliances, Income tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, tax audits, and statutory audits under the guidance of our Chartered Accountants.
Key responsibilities:
1. Preparing books of accounts and financial statements
2. Making CA certifications (Form 3 and Form 5)
3. Managing clients' compliances, viz. GST, TDS, IT, PT, PF, ESIC, ROC, etc.
4. Facilitating comprehensive client coordination for data procurement, resolving queries, and managing payments
5. Efficiently manage client accounts, ensuring precise tracking of receipts and payments, and maintaining systematic financial records
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and taxation
2. Proficient in accounting, taxation, and other compliances
3. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tally Prime
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
