About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing entire books of accounts for all group companies until finalization
2. Ensuring computation and payment of all statutory dues and taxes in a timely manner
3. Monitoring petty cash book
4. Handling day-to-day office admin activities
5. Designing, preparing, and submitting periodic reports/MIS with key metrics
6. Working on customer billing and communications
7. Liaising with the company s CA and CS from time to time
8. Ensuring company compliance with governmental/regulatory timelines
9. Preparing Data and performing GST/TDS/Income tax

5. Residing in Mumbai (Staying between Borivali/Thane to Churchgate/Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus)

6. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
