Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage vouchers, maintain ledgers, and perform cross-billings.
2. Close accounts at the end of every month for accurate financial records.
3. Ensure timely payments, maintain records of transactions, and follow up for timely payment.
4. Prepare client quotations based on requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
5. Ensure purchasing and delivery is timely.
6. Oversee inventory records and vendor relationships.
7. Assist with the filing of returns, ensuring financial compliance.
8. Handling product listings, quote price and submit documents on GeM Portal on behalf of the company.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Working days-five in a week (Saturday compulsory)
2. Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection to perform job functions.
