1. Preparation of financial documents such as quotations, invoices, etc.
2. Monitoring inventory of machines and spare parts
3. Maintaining accounts in Tally, bank transactions, receivables, and payables
4. Generating rental invoices and following up on payments
5. Coordinating with various departments and entities, including the accounting and procurement departments
6. Managing and organizing data on sales, stock, rentals, spare parts, and accounts, and preparing reports as needed
Must-Have Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English
2. Solid knowledge of accounting principles
3. Expertise in Tally and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
4. Proficiency in internet usage, email, and other commonly used tools and software
5. Strong reporting skills
6. Familiarity with CRM/ERP
7. Management skills and experience in team leadership
8. Knowledge of Google Docs
