Academic Program Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the learning experience of upto 2000 + students a month
2. Study data and analyze behavior patterns and provide suggestions on ways to improve the learning journey
3. Be responsible for their journey from their onboarding to their course completion
4. Drive initiatives to increase engagement and improve our KPIs
5. Be responsible for leading and training our team of facilitators to ensure the quality of the learning experience of our students and educators
6. Be responsible for maintaining timely coordination with all the stakeholders
7. Collect feedback from the learners, pass it to the educators and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained

Required:

1. Experience: 0 to 1 year
2. Excellent communication and people skills
3. Time management and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to design activities to enable better learning
5. Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
6. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
