About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct telecounseling sessions to guide participants in making informed
decisions about our executive courses
2. Understand candidate profiles to tailor counseling sessions according to their career enhancement needs
3. Effectively convey the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any specialization (MBA is preferred)
2. Keen interest in interacting with participants and addressing their educational
requirements
3. Excellent command of the English language
4. Strong problem-solving skills

Working days:

1. Mandatory work from the office role from day one
2. 5 days working with rotational week offs
3. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, rotational shifts
