3. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and terminology.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renders.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating proficiency in 3D visualization.
