Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Oct'24 and 27th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Education: No specific degree is required. However, candidates currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies in any field (e.g., Business, Communication, Commerce, etc.) are welcome to apply.
Skills:
1. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an added advantage).
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
3. Basic knowledge of using computer systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
4. The ability to handle challenging customer conversations with patience and professionalism.
Experience:
1. Freshers or candidates with prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or logistics will be preferred.
2. Prior experience in handling Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) or working with courier partners is a plus but not mandatory.
Availability:
1. Must be available for a 6-month internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
2. Candidates should be able to work remotely with flexible working hours.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per for every 500 ndr orders converted to successful deliveries).
