Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Handling recruitment at all levels
3. Making 30-40 recruitment calls per day
4. Calling, shortlisting, and coordinating with the candidate
5. Screening the candidate's CVs via job portals
6. Shortlisting and scheduling for job interviews
7. Counseling & convincing the candidates
8. Searching for suitable profiles of the candidate using job portals
9. Learning how to create & send JDs, interview call letters, reminder emails, and rejection emails
10. Learning how to create MS Word CVs in the client's preferred format GV
11. Maintaining and preparing daily Excel sheets
12. Calling and following up with the candidates till joining

Additional information:
We are looking for full-time interns who can work from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
