Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and other recruitment methods.
2. Participate in recruitment events and initiatives specifically for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per sale).
