About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling & following up with the candidates in all the processes till joining)
2. Understanding the client's requirements and mapping the appropriate profile
3. Ensuring that the maximum number of candidates reach for the scheduled interviews
4. Sourcing the right candidates as per the available requirements
5. Coordinating scheduling and conducting interviews
6. Maintaining a track of responses and short-listing profiles
