About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recording videos using a camera based on the script or the brief given, alone or as a collaborative effort with members of the content creation team. Videos may be long form or short form.
2. Collaborating with the content creation team to organize the raw footage, audio files etc.
3. Understanding the brief and instructions provided by the content managers regarding the requirements of the given project
4. Working closely with your managers to receive feedback on the videos and incorporate the changes
5. Maintaining a presentable appearance of yourself as well as the background, having good lighting, having good camera quality
6. Paying attention to ensure that the pronunciation and diction is correct and proper and not make any grammatical mistakes when speaking
7. Keeping a track of the deadline and time constraints provided for the particular projects

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per video).
