We are looking for a talent acquisition intern to join our team and help with the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of talent acquisition. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
2. Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
3. Schedule in-person interviews with the hiring managers
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
5. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 19th Apr'24 and 24th May'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
