Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts. Understand the audience, brand personality and requirements/ outcomes needed from the design.
2. Design marketing materials, such as social media graphics, posters, and presentations.
3. Assist in the creation of engaging videos for promotional purposes.
4. Ensure all design projects align with the company's brand guidelines.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
6. Receive feedback from the team and make necessary revisions to improve designs.
