About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern who will help us grow our client base by identifying new potential clients through social media, online platforms, and other channels. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with online lead generation techniques.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential clients through social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), online communities, and business directories.
2. Use lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.) to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold messaging, email, or direct social media interaction to introduce Shiplee's services.
4. Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and outreach templates for lead generation efforts.
5. Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to qualify leads and convert them into clients.
6. Track and document all lead interactions and outcomes in a CRM system.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 600000 to 1000000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of total client revenue of first week).
