About the work from home job/internship

The human Resources Intern will support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including managing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits programs, and personnel management. The intern will also be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks and other HR-related projects as assigned. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruit excellent staff consistently by sourcing and screening top talent.
2. Train, counsel, and coach staff to ensure ongoing development and success.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions based on candidate selection criteria.
4. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
5. Help onboard new employees, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
6. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
7. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
8. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
9. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's recruitment database.
11. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
12. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
