1. Creating CC, Photoshop and Illustrator experience
2. An understanding of Affinity designer or adobe illustrator
3. You understand color harmony and color theory for digital and print
4. You understand and know how to create isometric 2.5D illustrations
5. You love brainstorming with the team members and coming up with new ideas, patterns, and styles
6. Have an understanding of how to create a character family for illustrations
7. You have a demonstrable portfolio of awesome illustrations
8. You have great knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software
9. You have amazing drawing and painting skills with razor-sharp eyes that give attention to detail (both by hand and pen tab)
