About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work proactively with the adviser to build freelance candidate pools for current and anticipated needs
2. Identify creative sourcing methods to expand a diverse candidate pipeline through job boards, networking, social media, universities, databases, and other forms of candidate interest generation
3. Assist in keeping track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to management and analyzing the success of recruitment campaigns on each form/platform
4. Collaborate with project managers by supplying them with targeted candidates
5. Maintain and update our candidate database

1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration.

5. Excellent communication skills: active listening, summarizing, and negotiation.

6. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
