About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing illustrations, logos, and designs for the web, social media, and other marketing collateral.
2. Maintain style standards in typography and graphic design.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver tailored digital experiences.
4. Create design documentation for product consistency.
5. UI/UX Design: Design wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications, preferably using Figma.
6. Develop and test UI elements like CTAs, banners, and page layouts.
7. Manage all visual design stages from concept to engineering hand-off.
8. Conduct user research via surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
9. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices.
While this role does not explicitly require UI/UX design, a candidate with working knowledge of UI/UX design will be preferred.

4. High proficiency in Adobe products for graphic design and Figma for UI/UX design. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
