Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Aug'24 and 5th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Right Attitude: A high degree of Ownership. The internal motivation to own the project end-to-end and drive it to fruition.
2. A Positive Approach to Working at a Startup Do not be overwhelmed by lack of data or tools. We are working together to build things. We don’t have access to all the tools and data. Yet, we positively approach things to solve problems.
3. Ready to Slog: We are not here for 9 to 6 work. Building a startup is hard, and with limited resources, it is even harder. We expect you to be a part of the Founding team in the next 2–3 months; hence, the attitude is expected to be similar.
4. Hard Work: We expect you to work smart, but not with shortcuts to Slack. In our experience, nothing beats hard work with the right attitude.
5. Common Sense: Use common sense and judgement wherever required. Do the basic, right things and all things will be in place.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
