About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
2. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
3. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
4. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, icons, color palettes, mood boards, and animations
5. Conducting user research and running usability tests
6. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness
7. Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
8. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, usability findings, and data insights into design to enhance user experience

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
2. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie Animations, Sketch, InVision, Vision, basic understanding of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android
3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
4. First principle problem solver with enthusiasm for user experience journey
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Good time management skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
