About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about MBBS abroad opportunities.
2. Provide detailed information about our services, partner universities, and admission processes.
3. Answer queries and address the concerns of potential students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
4. Assist in filling out application forms and guiding students through the initial stages of the admission process.
5. Maintain and update the database with accurate and timely information.
6. Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for interested candidates.
7. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
8. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
9. Add laptop requirement.
10. 3 months availability bare minimum
11. It is a counselling job not cold calling.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, communications, or related areas).

2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages (e.g., Malayalam) is a plus.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

4. Basic knowledge of MBBS abroad programs and the NEET exam is preferred.

5. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Proficient in using MS Office and basic CRM software.

8. Add laptop requirement.
