Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
3. Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in MS Excel
4. Following up with customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and increase sales
