Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and curating content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Create engaging and relevant social media posts, stories, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media trends, news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimise content strategy and improve results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, features, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas for enhancing our social media presence.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and online community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
