4. Engage with followers & customers and respond to their queries & comments
5. Work on tele-calling prospective and existing clients and coordination for necessary requirements
6. Assist in creating & managing documentation and backend support/coordination
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

1. Good communication skills in English & Hindi are required
2. Preferred knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & basic knowledge of social media platforms
3. The candidate must be open to learning and implementation, with a high degree of initiative and ownership of the assigned tasks
4. This is a work-from-home/hybrid work initially - the candidate must have a laptop/desktop and mobile phone for working on day-to-day tasks
