2. Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing social media accounts and driving engagement
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and measure ROI
5. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
7. Passion for social media marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
